But at least Super Smash Bros. ST 6 didn't make frontpage. I've never seen someone stretch out their sprites so much, it's just terrible. That and the blood splatters, which really don't belong in sprite movies. Also, I don't review things anymore, for obvious reasons. Here's an example of sprite stretching, which, ironically, is the same image e104joker used in his news post telling everyone that Super Smash Bros. ST 6 was out. Inb4 no comments.

My review of awesomegrounds, a flash with over 600 idiotic reviews and a bunch of idiots willing to tag everything that supported it as "useless", has been marked as "helpful". But my review of Riddle School 3 (a long review that talked about a few of the issues that i had trouble dealing with and still gave a good score) has been marked as "useless". Seriously, what the fuck is up with newgrounds? A review that goes into detail and offers constructive criticism yet still gives a good score (a rarity among reviews, you can type a single letter and get away with it so long as you give it a 10) is supposedly useless, yet the hundreds of people who hate the flash think the one person that supports it is helpful? This just doesn't make any sense. Oh well, maybe there's just some gang of idiots who just didn't take the time to read my reviews.

Another issue i'd like to talk about it the current state of newgrounds. Although there's a lot of great content, video game parodies usually take at least two spots on the front page, and people can usually get off without putting much effort into their flashes at all. Although egoraptor is, of course, the cause of this, he is not one of the people that makes crappy video game parodies (sounds weird, doesn't it?). No, egoraptor actually puts a lot of effort into his flashes, spending time to make the animation, sound quality, and graphics (yes, even the graphics) amazing. If you don't belevie me, watch metal gear awesome, and then watch metal gear awesome 2.

There's quite a difference. If you don't see the difference, you're either a complete noob or you just hate egoraptor so much that you are behind his house right now deciding which window to break. But back to the point. The cause of these poorly made video game parodies (and video game movies altogether) is the people that watch egoraptor's flashes and decide to cover games that he hasn't. Of course, a group of retro crime fighting nazi superheroes is already deciding to act out against video game movies, and make themselves look like douches and fags in the process. The most notable example of this is rtil.

Although rtil is a great flash artist and made a good point, he went a bit overboard when he acted like he was making his own awesome flash. It's okay to have a point and inform people of a problem, but when you start acting like you yourself are being pulled down the video game movie drain, the sarcasm becomes all too powerful and it attracts people far and wide like some guy yelling "HEY EVERYONE I JUST SHIT ON A SOME KID'S PIZZA" in the street. Just because he tells them that he was just kidding doesn't change the fact that there's a giant pile of shit on that kid's pizza.

Oops, lost my train of thought. Either way, rtil went a bit overboard. Rtil mainly did this IMO because he was angry at oney sepiroth and other flash artists being pulled down the video game movie drain themselves. Oney semi-recently posted a news post saying that he was going to make video game movies for the sole purpose of getting views. Now this was all fine and dandy until he was a douche to everyone who didn't fully support him. There are still a bunch of video game parodies making front page, though, and there's really nothing anyone can do about it. Well, tom could stop giving them frontpage, but we all know that isn't going to happen.

People just really like video game parodies. Of course, there are alternatives to making video game movies. You could join the kitty krew, or make flashes that promise nudity and deliver in full. We all know it's a hell of a lot less degrading than making video game movies.

I really wish i had the option to post this on the frontpage so 1 or 2 people would actually look, but only fucking flash artists can do it. Who knows, maybe i can join the kitty krew and get collabed in some shit. The few comments i sometimes get are from the screenshots i take and talk about in my reviews. FUCKING HELL, NOT A SINGLE COMMENT. GOD FUCKING DAMNIT.

TL;DR version: Newgrounds users don't know what a good review is, video game parodies are gay and so is anyone that hates them excessively or makes them (excluding egoraptor). I want this to get frontpage but i can't.

I felt like posting a random rickroll, but I decided to stray from the crowd and do something classic.

The clock crew or the kitty krew (yes, the kitty krew) need to get a few crappy flashes out for the sheer hilarity of the noobs. I've seen good flash after good flash being put down by people that either don't get the joke or just feel like blamming something. It's the crappy flashes that are truly valued on newgrounds. Just as much time and effort are put into them as there are into better flash. The kitty krew's flashes may have no point and waste your time, but they do usually have better quality then what you'd get from people who just started making their own flash. And with Super Smash Bros. Brawl out, i'm surprised that I haven't seen a single brawl orgy flash. It's a disgrace. Make moar crappy flash newgrounds, NAO.
